1. Personalized Products
As our products are customized specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellation may not be possible as production may have started.
4. Incorrect Orders
If we make an error in your order (wrong photo, text, or product), we will replace it at no extra cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
